- Ballinamore PPS Parents' Association
- In 1968 George Colley, the then Minister for Education, recommended that schools in towns across Ireland amalgamate and provide a better range of education to our children. Ballinamore did just that. We are now forty years waiting for a promised new school building to replace the existing three school buildings, St. Felim's in the old railway station at the top of the town, Mean Scoil Fatima and the old VEC building.
